We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager to join our team and manage the general accounting for Hydroplan and its associated group companies.
Main Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping and accounts management
- Liaison with accountants and assist with production of company management accounts
- VAT returns
- Timesheet management and processing expenses
- Monthly general management reports
- Production of cashflow forecasts
- General financial analysis/reporting
- Data entry and bank reconciliations
- Processing sales and purchasing invoices
- Credit control
Experience & Education:
- A relevant qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in an office environment
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks desktop
- Understanding of VAT and commercial finance
- Payroll experience could be useful
- An understanding of international transactions would be an advantage

- Excellent numeracy skills
- Strong communication skills
- Competent user of MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to work with little direction
